Our Story
Every great journey starts with a simple passion, and for Kusina ni Jing, it all began in the kitchen at home.
Cooking has always been a way to bring family and friends together. What started as preparing meals for loved ones soon became something more. Family gatherings, celebrations, and simple get-togethers were filled with homemade Filipino dishes made with care, tradition, and love.
As time went on, family and friends began asking for more than just a plate at gatherings. They started requesting orders for parties, special occasions, and family events. The compliments kept coming, and people would often say how much they loved the food and looked forward to eating it again.
Those words sparked an idea.
I began to think, “If my family and friends love my food this much, maybe the community will love it too.” That simple thought became the inspiration for something bigger. I wanted to share the flavors, traditions, and comfort of Filipino cooking with more people.
